What’s been happening:

After High School I enlisted in the Army 1969 and spent 1 1/2 years in Vietnam as an artillery surveyor/ forward observer. I married my High School sweetheart Monnalou Gottschalk (classmate)in 1972. I graduated from LCCC with an Associate degree in Civil Engineering and continued on to Penn State University for a BS in Civil/Structural Engineering and graduated in 1976. We purchased a home in the Harrisburg area where I took my first job as a project engineer. We returned to the Lehigh Valley in 1978 where I took a job with FLSmidth (FullerCo). I have been working for 30 years at FLSmidth Inc(Fuller Co) a world class builder of Cement plants. I have 18 years as an engineer in the product areas and have traveled the world designing and trouble shooting Cement Plant equipment for our customers. The last 12 years I have been in engineering management and have taken an active role in operating a department of engineers. I have also traveled extensively to Denmark to our Headquarters to interface with our Danish counterparts. We have two Daughters, Shannalee and Stefanie Jean. Shannalee has a doctorate of Pharmacy from Wilkes University and is working at St Lukes Hospital. Stefanie has a teaching degree from Wilkes University and is also licensed to sell Real Estate. She works for Monnalou at the Coldwell Banker office in Easton. She is also continuing her education at Cedar Crest College for Nuclear Imaging. On memorial day 2006 I published/released my Vietnam Memoirs to family and friends. Oct 31 2006 we became grandparents for the first time.
